Healey-Driscoll Meet & Greet Sept 2.

The PDTC leadership team came out to support our democratic Governor and Lt Governor, Maura Healey and Kim Driscoll, at Vitamin Sea Brewing in Plymouth on Sept 2nd, the day after the Primary election. Well over a hundred people supplied energy that made the room vibrant like a convention. Maura and Kim spoke of democratic accomplishments, including (but not limited to): free community college, over 100,000 new homes being built, train connections from Boston to the south coast, improved service on the T, getting rid of prior authorizations for necessary medications, lowering energy bills, and much more. Considering the gloomy news stream coming out of Washington DC, it is good to remember all that is going well in Massachusetts in spite of numerous challenges. The November election is coming. You know the assignment!
